Do you really deliver to my country?+
Yes — we deliver to almost every country in the world. Pick your destination in the calculator: the estimate and any customs information adjust automatically.
Will I have to pay customs duties on delivery?+
That depends solely on your destination country's regulations, not on us — these charges are set by local authorities, never by our service. Where it matters for your country, we flag it in the calculator and again before you confirm your shipment, ahead of any payment.
🇺🇸 USWhy does my quote mention customs duties for the USA?+
The United States has suspended its de minimis exemption: every parcel entering the US is now subject to customs duties, whatever its value. This isn't specific to our service — it applies to all international shipments to the USA.
How long can my parcels wait at your warehouse?+
45 days free from the day each parcel arrives — time to finish your shopping before putting your final shipment together. Beyond that, storage is €1 per day per parcel, charged when you request shipping. We email you 5 days before the free period ends.
