Two services, two price lists. Every line is shown before you pay anything at all.

Step 1

Buying your items

You send us the links, we check availability and the real price, then send you a quote. Nothing is bought or charged without your go-ahead.

Item price Seller's price We record the real price of each listing and charge it as is, with no markup. An item that sells before we buy is not charged; if it disappears after you have paid, you are refunded its price, its delivery, and our service fee is recalculated on the items actually bought.
Seller → our warehouse At cost Whatever the seller charges to ship it to us, passed on to the cent. Often nothing at all when the seller offers free delivery.
Our service fee

One single line, settled with the quote.

It covers checking every listing, buying on your behalf, receiving and inspecting at the warehouse. It is the only thing we earn on this service — everything else is passed on at cost.

The first €100 of items 15% minimum €12 That is €15 on €100 of items. Below €80, the €12 minimum applies instead: a small basket takes almost the same work as a large one — checking the listing, ordering, receiving, opening, inspecting.
€100 to €300 of items 12% on the part between €100 and €300 That is €27 on €200 of items: 15% of the first €100 + 12% of the €100 above it.
€300 to €600 of items 8% on the part between €300 and €600 That is €55 on €500 of items: €15 + 12% of €200 + 8% of €200.
Above €600 of items 5% on the part above €600 That is €83 on €1,000 of items: €15 + €24 + €24 + 5% of €400.

Each rate only applies to the part of your basket that falls within its bracket, like a progressive scale: adding an item only raises your fee by the small share that item accounts for, never by a jump. The average rate goes down as the basket grows — 15% at €100, 13% at €300, 10.5% at €600, 8.3% at €1,000 — with a €12 minimum per quote, whatever its amount. The exact amount is on your quote, before any payment.

Step 2

Receiving, inspection & storage

Your items arrive at our warehouse. Since we placed the order, we are the ones who check what turns up — and who deal with it if something is wrong.

Receiving your items Free Receiving, external condition check and weighing, however many items there are.
Opening and inspection Systematic and free Every item is opened and checked as a matter of course. We are the ones who paid the seller: this inspection protects us as much as you, so there is no reason to charge for it. You never discover a problem after shipping.
Photos of the contents €2.50 per item, on request If you want to see your item before it ships. Requested from your account, online within 48 business hours, settled with the shipment. An item flagged as faulty is always photographed, free of charge: the photos are what you decide on — keep it or send it back.
Storage, the first 45 days Free Long enough to bring in more items before bundling everything. We email you 5 days before the deadline.
Storage beyond 45 days €1.00 per day and per item Nothing is taken in the meantime: the amount is added to the shipping costs on the day you ship, and stops growing as soon as you request your parcel.
Item not as described or faulty Free return If the inspection shows the item does not match the listing or has a defect, we handle the return from end to end, at no charge: we placed the order, so we hold the account, the order number and the contact. You simply choose to keep it or send it back, from your account, with our photos to go on.
Step 3

Consolidation and shipping

Several items leave together in a single box — that is what brings the shipping cost per item down. These fees apply when your final box is composed, not on the quote.

Consolidation €2.50 per extra element From the 2nd item onwards. A single-item shipment is not affected.
Reinforced packaging €5.00 Optional — padding and reinforced corners for fragile goods.
Transport insurance Included On every shipment, with nothing for you to do. We make nothing on it: the cost is passed on to the cent, exactly as the carrier bills it to us.
International shipping Calculate → by weight and destination The only line not on the quote: it depends on the finished box, weighed for real. Rate negotiated with our carriers, packaging included.
