How it works

A French address that follows you everywhere.

Order from any French store — even the ones that don't ship to your country. We receive your parcels, consolidate them into a single box, and send it to you. Four steps, no subscription.

1Once and for all

Claim your French address

Create a free account: you instantly receive an address in France along with your personal code. That code is how we recognise your parcels among everything that arrives — it must appear on every delivery.

💡Creating an account costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You only pay when you ship your first parcel.

This is a sample format, not a usable address. Yours — street, number, phone and your personal code — appears in your account the moment you sign up. Without that code, a parcel arriving at our warehouse can't be matched to anyone.
2As often as you like

Order wherever you want

Use that address as the delivery address on any French site: Sézane, Sephora, Decathlon, Fnac, Vinted, Amazon.fr… You pay the store directly — we take nothing on your purchases. And since delivery is domestic, it's often free.

🛍️Not sure where to start? Over 80 French stores are gathered in our directory.

3We take over

We receive, you decide

Your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we weigh it and let you know. Then it's up to you: wait for another order, request opening and inspection photos, consolidate everything, or ship right away. Your parcels wait free of charge for 45 days.

📸Opening with photos costs €5 per parcel, only if you ask for it — settled with your shipment, nothing to pay on the spot. Storage becomes €1 per day per parcel beyond 45 days — we warn you 5 days ahead.

4One single shipment

We forward it, wherever you are

When you click “Forward my parcels”, we pack the box, weigh it for real, then you choose your delivery: several carriers, exact prices and lead times — your call. You pay, we ship, you track the parcel to your door. 243 destinations, French overseas territories included.

🛡️Every shipment leaves insured by default, no paperwork and no box to tick — with very rare exceptions, when no carrier insures the destination: we tell you before you pay. The cost is included in the quoted price and passed on to you with no markup on our side.

Where we deliver

243 destinations, overseas included.

Everywhere our carriers go — which is just about everywhere. And French overseas territories aren't an afterthought here: they're a destination like any other, with the same service.

Overseas departments and regions

French territories, but outside the EU fiscal area: the parcel crosses a customs border and travels with a declaration. Dock dues (octroi de mer) and local taxes may apply on arrival.

🇬🇵Guadeloupe 🇲🇶Martinique 🇬🇫French Guiana 🇷🇪Réunion 🇾🇹Mayotte

Overseas collectivities

Located outside the European Union: the same customs formalities as any foreign country, with each collectivity's own duties and taxes. The Pacific pays in CFP francs, pegged to the euro.

Before you order

What we can't forward

These restrictions don't come from us: they're imposed by air-transport regulations (ICAO) and by our carriers. A parcel containing any of these items cannot be shipped on, whatever the destination.

Refused, whatever the destination
Weapons & ammunition
Explosives
Aerosols & gases
Flammables
Corrosives & toxics
Radioactive materials
Loose lithium batteries
Narcotics
Counterfeits
Obscene content
Funeral ashes
Cash & banknotes
Jewellery & valuables
Works of art
Glass & mirrors
Animals
Plants & seeds
Perishable goods
Restricted, depending on the destination
Medicines
Tobacco
Alcohol
Perfumes
Motorbikes & appliances
A battery already installed in its device is different. A phone, laptop or smartwatch travels without a problem, within the limit of 4 cells or 2 lithium batteries per parcel (20 Wh per cell, 100 Wh per battery). It's batteries shipped on their own, or tucked in next to the device, that are refused.
This list covers our carriers. Your destination country may prohibit more — it's up to you to check with its customs before ordering. If a parcel arrives at our warehouse with unshippable contents, we tell you straight away and work out a solution together; it simply will never be handed to a carrier.
Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask us

How long can my parcels stay with you?+
45 days of free storage from the day each parcel arrives — time to finish your shopping before consolidating everything into one shipment. We email you 5 days before the deadline. Beyond that, storage costs €1 per day per parcel: nothing is charged in the meantime, the amount is simply added to the shipping fee on the day you ship, and it stops growing the moment you click “Finalise my parcel”. Need more time? Write to us — we work it out case by case.
When do I pay, and how much?+
Receiving and storing your parcels is free (45 days, then €1 per day per parcel). The only payment happens at shipping time: when you click “Forward my parcels”, we pack the box, weigh it for real, then you choose your delivery among several carriers, with exact prices. Each price includes shipping (insurance included) and €2.50 of consolidation per item from the second one. You can cancel any time before paying. Estimate the cost in advance →
Why isn't the price shown right away?+
Because it depends on the final box, not the sum of your parcels' weights: the box, padding and tape all weigh something, and carriers also charge by volume once a shipment gets bulky. Quoting you a price before weighing the real box would mean billing you for a different one afterwards — we'd rather weigh first.
Do you open my parcels?+
Not on arrival: a parcel stays sealed while it waits with us. Two exceptions. If you request opening with photos — €5 per parcel, settled with your shipment, from your account. And when several parcels are consolidated into one shipment: taking them out of their boxes is what shrinks the volume, and therefore your price. We then check that the contents comply with transport rules, because it's our name that appears as the sender on the label. No photos, and no charge.
Can I have parcels delivered from several different stores?+
That's the whole point. Order from as many merchants as you like using the same address: each parcel arrives at our warehouse, waits for the others free of charge for 45 days, and everything leaves in a single box. That consolidation is what brings the shipping cost per item down — one international delivery instead of five.
Is my parcel insured during shipping?+
Yes, by default and with nothing to do on your side — every shipment leaves insured, under our carrier's terms, and the cost is already included in the price we quote. Rare exception: destinations no carrier insures, flagged before payment and shipped only with your explicit consent. We take no margin on it: the amount is exactly what the carrier charges us — insurance is there for your peace of mind, not our profit. The value you declare for each item or parcel is what compensation is based on: hence the importance of getting it right. And if something happens, we handle the claim with the carrier and the insurer — nothing for you to manage from abroad.
What if a parcel arrives damaged, or never arrives?+
We check the outside of every parcel on arrival and report any visible damage to you with photos, before you decide anything. If a parcel never reaches us, the claim goes to the seller or the carrier you chose to bring it to us — and we provide any proof of non-receipt useful to your claim.
Should I declare my parcels in advance?+
It's not mandatory, but strongly recommended: by giving us your order's tracking number, you let us identify your parcel the moment it arrives. Without a declaration, we rely on the warehouse code written on the label — so make sure to add it to the recipient name when you shop.
What about customs duties on arrival?+
They depend solely on your country's regulations, never on us. You provide the declared value and customs description for each parcel — that's what appears on the declaration travelling with the shipment. An inaccurate declaration can get a parcel stuck at customs, so precision pays.
