You shop French sites yourself; we receive, consolidate and forward. Every line is shown before you pay anything at all.

No commission on your purchases

You pay the merchants directly — we take nothing on the value of your parcels, however many there are or whatever they cost. You only pay for receiving, shipping and the options you choose.

Step 1

Receiving, storage & options

Unlimited parcels, no subscription. You choose what to activate for each parcel.

Receiving your parcels Free Receiving, external condition check and weighing. Your parcel is not opened.
Storage, first 45 days Free Time to finish your shopping before consolidating everything. We email you 5 days before the deadline.
Storage beyond 45 days €1.00 per day and per parcel Nothing is charged in the meantime: the amount is added to the shipping fee on the day you ship, and stops growing the moment you click “Finalise my parcel”.
Opening & photos of the contents €5.00 per parcel Optional, only at your request. On arrival, your parcel stays sealed — it is only opened if you ask for photos, or when several parcels are consolidated into one.
Handling a return to the seller €15.00 per parcel, storage due included Changed your mind about a parcel we received? Create the return with the seller and email us its prepaid label: we print, stick and drop it off. If the seller provides no prepaid label, this handling fee is fully refunded — the item's price, paid to the seller, never goes through us.
Step 2

Packing and shipping

Several parcels received at our warehouse leave together in a single box — that's what brings the shipping cost per item down. These fees apply when your final parcel is packed.

Consolidation €2.50 per additional item From the 2nd parcel. A single-parcel shipment isn't concerned.
Reinforced packing €5.00 Optional — padding and reinforced corners for fragile items.
Shipping insurance Included By default on every shipment, with nothing to do on your side, under our carrier's terms. We earn nothing on it: the cost of insurance is passed on to you to the cent, exactly as the carrier bills us. It's there for your peace of mind, not our margin.
  • Compensation up to 100% of the value you declared
  • Coverage for loss or damage during shipping
Your declared value is what compensation is based on: undervaluing it limits what you could get back.
International shipping Calculate → by weight and destination Rates negotiated with our carriers, packaging and service fees included. Calculated on the finished box, weighed for real.
